This past month has been botany session at Ravyn's school. They've been studying the parts of plants and flowers as well as growing and cultivating their own food. Friday, Ravyn brought home her bean sprouts.
The funny part is that when I was picking her up the other students were bringing out jars with beautiful, tall, AND upright bean sprouts. Then Ravyn came out of the classroom with her jar. As you can see, Ravyn seems to think shaking things up helps them grow.

All the tall straight ones look just alike and they're boring. Ravyn has the right idea-- make something original and unique. Enjoy and touch what you're growing(doing). Go, Ravyn, Go!
