Disneyworld- Magic Kingdom

In order to get to the Magic Kingdom, from the parking lot, you have to take the monorail or a ferry ride. We chose to take the ferry ride on a boat similar to this.

The anticipation grew as we watched the park come closer into view.

Once inside the park, we took a quick family picture

and made our way closer to the castle for the show. If you look closely, there are fireworks in the sky and all of the characters are surrounding the castle.

It was a great start to our day.

After that, it was on to meet the characters and ride the rides.

First, we met Lilo and Stitch. Before you see the picture, let me just say that although Rio loved meeting the characters, he didn't love being touched by them, so most of the pictures are only of Ravyn. : )

Later in the day, we ran into Pinocchio.

And Buzz Lightyear. This is about as close as Rio would come to any of the characters. : )

By then end of the day it was rainy and cold, but we had a blast!
