Ravyn is on the loose

I apologize for being horribly behind on blogging about our visit to California.  I promise I will get to it...eventually.  But, with Jamie being away at school, it's just me and the kids which means the blog is taking the backseat for the moment.

Anyway, Ravyn asked for her training wheels to be taken off of her bike at the beginning of last week, so we now spend our free time practicing her new found freedom.  I cannot believe how far she has come in just this one week!!!  I was that kid who didn't kick the training wheels until I was at least 7, so I am amazed that she sought and conquered it at 4!
Jamie was able to come spend the day with us on Saturday, so I was able to snap a few pictures.  Look at Ravyn go!

And, of course, Rio always has to get into the action. Can you see where the bike will be going when she gets a new one?
