Now that the weather is getting warmer, we are back in the swing of making each weekend an adventure.
Last month we drove out to Mobile, Alabama, only 90 minutes away, to explore Battleship Memorial Park.
The USS Alabama is retired there and open for families to climb aboard.
While many of the weapons have been removed, they sill have some stationary that the kids were able to explore.
Jamie even got in on the action, letting out a roar while pretending to fire whatever annihilating gun this was.
But, with all of the guns, small compartments and gadgets that were on the ship, the kids’ favorite part was the beds! They laid in nearly everyone of the beds on board!
