In the area where we live, there a few things that mark the beginning of summer. The first sign is always the traffic that comes along with the tourists visiting the beach, but in our house, summer is here when Tommy’s opens!
Tommy’s is a little shack on the beach that opens for the summer months every year serving “sno balls” or snow cones and it’s definitely become a family favorite.
What’s not to love about a place that has a snow cone menu with this many varieties?!
This afternoon Rio and I shared an “alligator blood” with strawberry and lime syrup…
and Ravyn ordered “Patrick Squarepants.” I can’t remember what was in hers, but I don’t think it mattered since it had a cool name. : )
