Something Old, Something New

Raise your hand if you got a new bike!

If you follow the blog, you’ll remember that Santa left a note for Ravyn that said she could go and pick out a new bike.  I could list a ton of excuses for why we hadn’t picked one out sooner, but let’s just say Santa sent mom an email and told her Ravyn had to get a new bike this weekend.  And so we did.

It’s purple and sparkly and even has a backpack on the front for her stuffed animals!  She is in love and loves nothing more than scaring me by going as fast as she can down the street!

Now, what could we do with her old bike?  I decided to put the training wheels back on to see if Rio was interested and look what happened!  Rio can ride a bike!

Steering is proving to be a little difficult, but he can already peddle without a problem!  He is growing up too fast!

I know I’ve mentioned it a bazillion times, but I love living on a cul-da-sac! I would be lost if the kids couldn’t play in the street.
