While Grammie was visiting we took her to Murasaki Mura. It is a remake of an old Okinawan village, originally created to film a soap opera, but now somewhat of a cultural amusement park. While there you can try all sorts of Okinawan crafts, from making sata andaagi (Okinawan doughnuts) to painting your cellphone, my favorite. All of that was interesting, but not nearly as fun as the little playground we found for Ravyn. It was entirely made from wood, in the shade, and fun for all. And, as always, Ravyn made some new friends.
