Yesterday, we were able to get together with all of our friends for dessert. For many of our friends, it's been nearly 2 years since they've seen Ravyn and it was their first time meeting Rio. Ravyn enjoyed playing with all of the children and towards the end of the night I overheard a conversation that went something like this.
Laurie (hostess): Ravyn you're really cute.
Ravyn: Yeah.
Mom: What do you say?
Ravyn: Thank you.
Laurie: You must get the cuteness from your mom.
Ravyn: No (snickering), it's from the cookies!!!
