On Saturday, we went to a local church to participate in their annual Easter Egg Hunt.
The kids waited patiently while volunteers read stories and sprinkled the fields with eggs.
First up was Rio’s age group. Would you believe that he walked around around, but never actually picked up an egg!
Thank goodness they had already prepared goody bags. This little boy loves his suckers!
Next up was Ravyn. She readied herself on the line.
And sprinted at the whistle. No shyness here.
She was all about business.
After that, we stopped at one of our favorite restaurants on the beach, Juana’s Pagodas, for breakfast.
Not only does it have a gorgeous view,
but it has the cutest little playground under the restaurant itself.
On Sunday morning, the kids woke up to find their Easter baskets.
The bunny left lots of fun toys, but their favorite had to be the bunny masks!
After having a lazy morning, we invited some friends over for brunch. Of course there was food, but more importantly, we pulled out the Slip-n-Slide!!!
