The tree is up and the festivities are starting. I'll admit I am loving the holidays more and more. I think the saying is true that you get to live your life again through the eyes of your kids. This year, Ravyn was able to help decorate some of the tree and loved seeing all of the ornaments with her picture on them. Her favorite is an ornament I made for Jamie when he was in Korea. It actually has a recording of her crying and me wishing Jamie a Merry Christmas. She tells everyone how much her brother cries, so this was proof to her that she used to cry the same way.
Oh, and by the way, I realized that we are coming up on the one year anniversary of the blog. I hope everyone has enjoyed reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it.
