Anytime I am in the kitchen, Rio keeps me company in his chair on the counter. 
Today, as I was loading the dishwasher, I looked up and found him like this.
He was fascinated by Jamie's empty water bottle on the counter behind him and the noise it made when he reached for it. I fixed him several times thinking he may not be strong enough to lift himself back up, but he kept going back!
I love that both of the kids are inquisitive, but there is just that one little part of me that's jealous when someone raves about how their kid just sits and lets the world go by. You know, those people who were able to complete a scrapbook, take a nap, cook dinner, and have long conversations on the phone. That's not me. Oh well, I'll be the proud mom when the kids are star athletes!
