I've mentioned my Martha Stewart aspirations in the past and today I was feeling particularly confident in my domestic engineering skills. So skilled that I thought I would try my hand at baking bread. I've always heard that baking bread can be tricky, but I figured if I followed the recipe, "How hard could it be?"
After several hours of kneading and rising, I was blessed with this beauty. 
Yes, I'm tooting my own horn, but just keep reading. When Jamie came home for dinner, he was even surprised at what I had done.
Just one little problem....
My beautiful loaf had one huge air bubble in the middle!!!!
