Just before reaching his 13th year point, Jamie has taken the oath for another 6. Obviously, he plans to retire with the Air Force and I couldn't be more proud of him. He truly loves his job and has been all over the world serving with honor. Haiti, Poland, Luxembourg, Iraq, Qatar, Afghanistan, Norway, Vietnam, Laos, Korea, Japan, Africa the list could go on and on describing the many austere locations he has deployed to in honor of our family and friends here in the States. Selfishly, I would love for my husband to be home for every birthday and anniversary, but knowing that he sacrifices everything in order to give all Americans their continued freedom makes me grateful to be married to a man who couldn't be a better role model. Congratulations Jamie on all of your success over the years and here's to everything you have waiting in your future!

We are both so proud of Jamie. He is a wonderful son-in-law and father, too. Since Doug is a former Air Force guy, he is thrilled for Jamie and also a bit jealous of him. As a DAR lady, I am so proud that Jamie has chosen to support and defend the nation that my ancestors and your ancestors founded. Jamie is an outstanding man of remarkable character and he is an outstanding representative for the Air Force. Contratulations, Jamie!!
